New Home Builders in the AV

Home buyers fall into two catetories.  One category is looking primarily for re-sale homes.  Typically, you can buy more house for the money in established neighborhoods.   There is also a huge opportunity for people to buy brand new homes here in the Antelope Valley.  Both involve different approaches and both have their own set of pros and cons.

Some of the new home builders in the area will cooperate with Realtors.  That is to say that if we bring them a buyer, they will pay our fees (commissions.)  There are many new home builders who will not pay for us to bring them a buyer or will only pay a fraction of our fees.  Of course this sometimes changes when the market gets tougher.   I'm happy to work with people who believe in a teamwork approach and are willing to pay us for bringing them qualified buyers.
